	Agrees with findings. ADP will establish and document procedures for the accurate and timely submission of monthly time sheets. ADP will conduct training sessions for its managers and timekeepers to review their responsibilities and the procedures. Its accounting office will review late time sheets and enter adjusted time sheets, when necessary. Finally, ADP plans to have in place by December 2009 an automated time sheet, which will resolve the allocation issues.	53
