To increase its oversight of chemical safety, Sacramento should ensure that the new chemical committee records its meeting minutes and makes those minutes available to all employees.

Sacramento State has established an Executive Safety Committee (ESC) to serve as the chemical committee required by its chemical plan, among other functions. The ESC records its meeting minutes and posts them online, where they are available to all employees.
