Shasta should ensure that it includes all crimes on its daily crime log, as required under the Clery Act.

This recommendation was followed by creating a policy and procedure that directs a tiered approach to approving daily crime log submissions. The policy and procedure directs that all crimes are entered into the daily crime log.This policy and procedure has been provided to the State Auditors office.
