To ensure that individuals have a wider variety of contact information available to them for reporting problems with website accessibility, by July 31, 2015, Covered California should update its accessibility page to include all methods of communication that state requirements mandate for other departments.

A physical mailing address and phone number were added to the already existing email address as modalities that could be used to make comments or complaints about web accessibility.. The TTY phone number has been added to the Covered California .COM Accessibility page.All methods of communication required by the state are available for individuals wishing to submit comments or complaints about web accessibility.
